De naturlige ingrediensene av høyeste kvalitet som det inneholder, vil ta vare på skjeggets utseende, men også hjelpe til med hverdagsstyling. Oljene den inneholder vil gi næring og fukte skjegget og nærliggende hud, noe som gir håret en naturlig glans og et sunt utseende. Etter påføring av balsam vil skjegget bli mykt og regenerert, og de aktive ingrediensene vil stimulere veksten og forbedre kvaliteten. Balsamen har en delikat duft sandeltre og musk.

On Demand Barbers has a fixed shipping of 79kr. This applies regardless of the number of goods or size and weight of your goods. For orders over 799kr we offer Free shipping.
Normal delivery time is 1-5 business days, calculated from the day you receive the order confirmation. If you order before 14:00, the order is usually shipped the same day.
The exception is on orders made on Friday and Saturday. They are sent with the mail from Sundays on Monday morning.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: On Demand Barbers, Jordstjerneveien 17B, Oslo, 1283, Norway. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
